The California Scholastic Clay Target Program provides youth participants in grades 4 through 12 the opportunity to develop and learn shotgun sporting skills in American Trap, Skeet, Sporting Clays and International Shotgun Games.

Young athletes learn firearm and field safety, ethics and sportsmanship, shooting skills and discipline, leadership and teamwork.

The CASCTP gives young athletes the opportunity to showcase their competitive skills and earn recognition in local, state, national and international venues.

The CASCTP is actively recruiting volunteers and participants to join in on the enjoyment of the shotgun shooting sports.

CASCTP participates in the National Scholastic Clay Target Program,
USA Shooting,
National Sporting Clays Association,
National Skeet Shooting Association,
Amatuer Trap Association and
Pacific International Association venues.
