The CASCTP Annual General Meeting will be held at Kern County Gun Club outside Bakersfield, California.
CASCTP Staff is planning an educational and fun filled event. Below is the begining of an agenda that will be posted when completed.

John's experience with the NSSA as the Western Region Instructor Trainer has given him insight on training American Skeet Athletes on the skeet field. John will cover your interaction with your athlete on several skeet stations and the infamous "Option Shot"

Bringing your athlete from one game to another can be challenging. Ken will answer questions and give tips on the transition with on field demonstrations and your interaction. Understand the difference, equipment changes, rules and more. If you need a refresher or are just begining, Ken will help you get started.


"Double Trouble in American Skeet"
with Larry Sifers
Larry will help coaches understand the proper way for athletes to tackle the double trouble! Larry will work doubles from several stations and get you on track with your athletes.


"Tuning American Trap Shooter's"
with Jon Ogilvie
Are your Trap Athlete's scores about the same as last year? Are you reviewing the fundamentals or just having your athlete's shoot? Are you looking at the athlete from all angles? Jon will recap the fundamentals and assist you in seeing the whole picture of your Trap Athlete.


"The Importance of Gunfit!"
with Dale Tate
Dale will break down the basics so you can direct and assist your athlete in proper gunfit. Cast on, cast off, comb, length of pull. Do you really know? Well find out and teach it right! Dale is formerly of Purdey. This will be worth the trip alone!

"The Coaches Bag"
with Dennis Rohman
Are you up to date with the best coaching gear? Do you keep a journal of your shooters? Do you have a first aid kit? Do you wonder what the other guy has?
Attend this seminar and you will find out. Coaches should be prepared for any type of event during their practice or a tournament. From band aids to ear plugs!

All CASCTP Members are invited to attend. Staff will honor members with awards, prizes and review last season and cover the upcoming season.
